Nora is thrilled to be Chief Researcher & Corporate Trainer with Estrin Legal Staffing!

Prior to working with Estrin Legal Staffing, she was a civil litigation paralegal for more than 20 years in the areas of practice such as business, intellectual property, real estate, labor & employment, and she later worked as a workers’ compensation paralegal for 6 years.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) as well as a Paralegal Certificate in Paralegal Studies from University of La Verne, College of Law.  She is a member of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association (LAPA).

She feels that her position at Estrin Legal Staffing offers her a unique opportunity to be of service in the legal field. She is grateful and excited about offering the best service she can to our clients and for being a part of our candidates’ journeys as they embark on their career opportunities.

Nora recently won an award from NALA’s Paralegal Brief, a 2022 MVP Award for best article in Paralegal Education category titled: Adding Value to the Firm – Are You in or Out?

She also co-authored an article for The Estrin Report with Chere Estrin “Best Practices for a Dynamic LinkedIn Profile”, which was also featured on LAPA’s June 2022 Newsletter.  Best Practices for a Dynamic LinkedIn Profile – The Estrin Report

Outside the office, she leads a support group once a month and holds private sessions, for women divorced, separated, and broken up from a committed relationship. She has completed a coaching apprenticeship program with her mentor.  She also wrote and published an article in Divorce Magazine “A Guide to Getting Through the Pain and Emotions of Divorce”.  She loves writing, photography and nature and is fluent in Armenian.
