Real Estate Paralegal – Hospitality & Leisure Practice
New York, Chicago, Washington, D.C., or Phoenix

Our client, a powerhouse AmLaw firm known for high-profile deals and an unusually strong career path for paralegals, is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its dynamic Hospitality & Leisure practice.

This is not a back-office role. The Real Estate Paralegal will play a key part in some of the most sophisticated real estate transactions in the industry — think luxury hotel acquisitions, resort financings, and large-scale property portfolios. The firm’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, and its attorneys come from the top 10% of law schools. The Real Estate Paralegal will collaborate with elite legal teams across the country, gaining exposure to a wide array of complex real estate matters.

  • Review title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and due diligence materials
  • Coordinate real estate closings, including acquisitions, sales, financings, and equity deals
  • Assemble and manage closing documents and signature packages
  • File and review UCC financing statements and conduct UCC/lien/litigation searches
  • Handle entity formation, maintenance, and associated filings
  • Assist with officers’ certificates, resolutions, and organizational documents
  • Dive into research, filings, and special assignments as needed

Here is what you bring to the table:
At least five years Real Estate Paralegal experience, preferably in hospitality & leisure
BA and Paralegal Certificate
Ability to work overtime

This Real Estate Paralegal role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced deal environments and wants their contributions to matter. The firm offers meaningful responsibilities, not just task lists. And yes — growth here is real.
